Do I get Unlimited Mileage?
We offer unlimited mileage for car rental (terms apply).
Can I pay for my rental in cash?
No, Easirent DO NOT accept cash at any branch. All payments must be made by card transaction.
How Do I Cancel My Booking?
To cancel your reservation, you must use our “manage my booking” portal www.easirent.com/manage
Is there a driver age limit in place?
The minimum age for renters and drivers is 21. Renters and drivers under the age of 25 are subject to a surcharge.
I am arriving at an Airport how do I collect my vehicle?
Pick up procedure will be contained on your rental confirmation, if you have any queries whatsoever please contact us on 888-901-5121
What if I’m going to be late?
If you know you may miss the start of your rental, please contact the branch as soon as possible to let them know. If you can’t get through please call our support team on 888-901-5121. We can only hold a car for you for a limited amount of time, especially during busy periods. If you are due to collect before 10 PM but arrive after, then an out of hours fee will be added to your hire.
If you are due to be late returning your rental vehicle please call the branch as soon as convenient to give them a realistic time of your return. We have a grace period of 30 minutes before you will be charged a late fee unless communication has been made to the branch.
How do I receive my booking confirmation?
You will be sent an email shortly after making your reservation to the email address supplied when your booking was made. If you do not receive your confirmation within 48 hours of making your reservation please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you accept both Credit and Debit Cards at your Branches?
We accept all major Credit Cards at our Branches. If you have a debit card please call Easirent Customer Services.
What documents will I need to bring?
The primary piece of identification required to rent a vehicle with Easirent is a valid driver’s license.
Is there a Deposit payable?
Credit cards must have the available credit for the estimated amount of rental charges.
– Local Renters using a credit card are subject up to a $1000 deposit in addition of to the estimated amount of rental charges.
– International renters will have a deposit liability of up to $1800
* Subject to insurance for rental.
Can I take the vehicle out of the US?
Vehicles must stay within the state of Florida.
Will I need to purchase a SunPass?
You can purchase a SunPass at the counter for $9.99/day. Customers with SunPass Portable transponders may use their transponders in our rental vehicles. It is strongly recommended that SunPass customers access their online SunPass accounts or contact the SunPass Customer Service Center to add the rental vehicle license plate to their account for the rental period. Renters that do not have their transponders in the vehicle and do not purchase a SunPass will be charged by Easirent the total toll fees incurred and an admin fee of $25 for each day that you have used the tolls. Easirent does not accept responsibility for any SunPass left in Easirent vehicles.
Can I add additional drivers?
Yes, more than one person can drive the rental vehicle; the additional driver needs to be present when collecting the vehicle. All subsequent extra drivers must also adhere to our general policy; you must be at least 21 years of age and have held a full driving license for 2 years or more.
